Sintren adalan traditional Javanese dance arts, especially in Pekalongan. Art is well known in the north coast of Central Java and West Java, among others, in Pemalang, Pekalongan, Brebes, Banyumas, Brass, Cirebon, Indramayu, and Jatibarang. Sintren art comes from the story as the son of Ki Sulandono Baurekso Rantamsari the marriage with the Goddess. Raden Sulandono Sulasih making love with a princess of the village Kalisalak, but the relationship did not get the blessing of Ki Baurekso, finally R. Sulandono Sulasih chose to go meditate and become a dancer. Nevertheless the meeting between the two are still ongoing with the supernatural.
